The City of Los Angeles Council on Aging (LACoA) is the Advisory Council for the Community Investment Department, which serves as the designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and Planning Service Area 25 (PSA 25).
LACoA is composed of 15 members at large, with no more than three representing service providers. LACoA represents the diversity of the City’s older adult and family caregiver population.
