California Public Records Act (CPRA) Request
To submit a California Public Records Act (CPRA) Request, please complete and submit the online CID CPRA Google Form.
Human Service Data Delivery System (HSDS)
The Human Service Data Delivery System (HSDS) requires users to have an Angeleno Account. Create a new account or access your existing account at account.lacity.gov.
For help with account creation or password reset, go to: account.lacity.gov/help. CID does not have access to assist with Angeleno Account issues, such as account creation or password reset.
