Do you have a friend or family member celebrating their 100th birthday—or an even more remarkable milestone?
The City of Los Angeles proudly honors residents who have reached a century of life through its Centenarian Program. This program recognizes the extraordinary longevity, wisdom, and contributions of Angelenos who are 100 years old or older.
Once the application below is submitted, the Centenarian will receive an official commemorative certificate from the City of Los Angeles. Certificates may be delivered through the Community Investment Department or presented by the honoree’s local Council District office.
To ensure timely recognition, applications must be submitted at least two months before the Centenarian’s birthday. The honoree must currently reside within the City of Los Angeles.
