Community Action Board
The City of Los Angeles Community Action Board (CAB) is a state-mandated body that provides recommendations to the Mayor and City Council on the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds and other programs that serve families living below the poverty line.
Domestic Violence Alliance
The Domestic Violence Alliance is a coalition of appointed community-based domestic violence experts and City representatives that provide guidance on the City’s domestic violence programs and make recommendations regarding legal advocacy, legislation, and victims’ services.

The City of Los Angeles Small Business Commission is an advisory liaison between the City and the small business community dedicated to issues affecting entrepreneurs and small business owners. The Commission's goal is to help small businesses achieve greater prosperity, create more jobs, and positively impact the local economy.
