The City of Los Angeles is updating its Citywide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. The Department of Disability wants to hear about your accessibility experiences when using City programs, services, activities, facilities, and information. Your feedback will help the City identify accessibility barriers, understand what is working well, and prioritize improvements.

Take the ADA Public Input Survey to share your experiences and ideas for improving accessibility. Please complete the survey by October 15, 2026.
